What does the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) say about CAZs?

Clean Air Zones are one of the measures recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, and considered to be cost effective in improving health.
NICE guidance also says we should consider a wide range of measures to reduce air pollution, not just charging vehicles. NICE cites encouraging walking and cycling, driving training to reduce emissions, actions to smooth traffic flow, and prompting the uptake of low and zero emission vehicles.
